Bluetooth Discovery Demo – when using MS driver error occurs

Hello,

I have installed 2 drivers, MS and BS. But when using MS driver error occurs. InBluetoothDiscoveryDemo.exe, I have selected Microsoft radio and click "Disc. ON" button, then it shows this error. What's wrong? I really need your help to fix this issue.

Bluetooth Discovery Demo – when using MS driver error occurs

Hi Marilou,

                This clearly is a driver conflict issue, meaning that the software may not be fully compatible to work with the MS driver. There are instances that the issue can be resolved with a driver patch. You can check it via device manager if the driver needs to be updated. To further eliminate the problem you may also want to check if the program has any update available and also reinstalling it will be the last step to take in this issue. If you are also familiar with debugging your event viewer or from outside windows you can also try to do that.
