Hi,

I am using a Dell Inspiron 600m, with an Intel Celeron . After downloading an update for Adobe from the internet, I restarted my laptop.  After which I get the BSoD while windows is loading.  I am not able to switch to Safe Mode to try to restore the laptop’s Last Known Good Configuration.

Stop codes that I got are as follows:

0x00000007E (0xC0000005, 0x82F16922, 0xF8A517A8, 0xF8A514A4)

I tried to boot the directory services restore mode but I still get BSoD.

Thanks for your help.

To solve your problem of Blue Screen Crash, you can try below tips. If you are not very used to with Technical terms and you want a quick fix for your problem, then these tips will be exceptionally helpful.

• Restart the computer.
  • If the blue screen appears only one time, then just restarting the computer will do the trick! But if it appears again and again, then you have to try other methods.
• RAM Replacement
  • RAM or Random Access memory is the hardware that stores all of your information when the computer runs and your CPU fetches all instructions from here. It looks like a thin long rectangular piece installed in a slot on your main board. If this component does not work as the way it should, the computer will surely crash showing the blue screen. In such cases, replacing the RAM will solve your problem.
• Run a Registry Cleaner
  • To remove errors from the record of the computer, you should use a registry cleaner. The registry is the place where all information regarding the software, device drivers, games you use etc are stored. So if some past entries still persist here, they can cause the blue screen crash. By the way, this blue screen is commonly known as “Blue screen of death”.

Hi… these kind of error 0x00000007E (0xC0000005, 0x82F16922, 0xF8A517A8, 0xF8A514A4) is due to the conflict of programs, virus attack, and memory card problem. To resolve this kind of issue,

1.     Download the Ccleaner software to fix the registry of the system program.

2.     Scan the computer for some viruses using NOD32 anti-virus.

3.     check the memory card and if you have extra memory card insert it to the memory slot.

If the issue will not resolve the last option is Reinstall the program. And it is work.

Hope its help.
