Blackberry/Outlook are always synched and appearing on my Outlook Calendar?

I have a Blackberry which I am syncing with my Outlook. I have no problems in getting them synced. However, meetings that I enter in the Blackberry do not appear on Outlook. But if I add a word or letter in the appointment that I entered in the Blackberry, then save that appointment, it appears in my Outlook.

I am using Blackberry Desktop Manager (BDM) to sync. How can I make sure that all my meetings, whether entered in the Blackberry or in Outlook are always synced and appearing on my Outlook Calendar?

Blackberry/Outlook are always synched and appearing on my Outlook Calendar?

You can try to check the reconciliation settings of your Blackberry. By right, a calendar entry can be synchronized using the Desktop Manager or via Wireless.

Please do try the steps below to check if your Blackberry settings are correct:

1. Open Blackberry Desktop Manager
2. Click on Synchronize
3. Click on Configuration
4. Click on Synchronization
5. Select the box next to Calendar
6. Click on Setup
7. Click Outlook on your computer then Next
8. Click on Synchronization Option
9. Click on Next then Finish

Also, make sure that Calendar is Selected on your Handheld Configuration to make sure your wireless synchronization is enabled.
