Blackberry 9720 is not at all charging

Hi everyone,

I have been using a Blackberry 9720 since 6 months back. It worked very well all the days.

But today I got a different issue with charging. Morning when I keep from charging, after 3 hours I checked it but it didn't charge at all. It is switched off completely. I removed the battery and again started charging, but faced the same issue. I have one more spare battery with me. I tried with those new batteries, but no luck.

Anybody faced this issue before? Please can somebody give me a solution to fix this issue. Thanks a lot in advance and regards.

Blackberry 9720 is not at all charging

There are a lot of people that have this issue, and most of them couldn't find a solution for the problem, but the fix is very simple.

Make sure your phone's battery is discharged completely. Do this by turning on your phone and then leaving it to discharge completely. Verify that the phone cannot be turned on anymore.

Remove the battery of the phone and insert the phone charger. Press the power button just like you would turn it on for about 3 seconds.

Remove the charger and insert the battery into the phone. Plug the charger back in and leave the phone to charge for about 6 hours without turning it on. This should calibrate your battery back.

After six hours or so, you can turn on your device and leave it to charge completely. This problem occurs whenever the battery's decalibrated.
