Recently I have read many articles about crm customer relationship management software and I want to get an idea about the practical difficulties while maintain customer information database with cloud based. And can you please help me to find a good freeware crm database software with cloud based?

Best Free Cloud Based CRM Database Software

The problem with most of today’s Cloud databases is that the data is stored on numerous servers that don’t share any information between them.

Also there are some performance issues that come up, leading the fact that there is no sharing of information.
You can manage 5 users with the below software.

It is a free cloud CRM tool that and up to 10MB of storage.

You may need to learn before using these CRM and it will take some time for learning and setting up. But you can track all the details and manage your business like any other CRM.

Other two open source CRM's are SugarCRMand vTiger CRM .These Software’s are also free.

Both this software has professional editions and you have to pay for that.
