For blogging word press is a specialized CMS. It is an open source blogging platform and available for free download. It is based on PHP and mysql. But if you want to create websites, you can create simple websites using WordPress. The latest version WordPress 3.5 is available download.

Drupal is another best CMS available for free. Drupal is also PHP and mysql based platform. You can create any kind of websites and blogs using Drupal. Drupal has thousands of useful modules available at Drupal.org website which lets to build any site that we can imagine. Drupal version 7.17 is the latest version available for download.

1. WordPress.

WordPress is most commonly using CMS. It uses PHP and MySQL. It has many features like web template system, themes, plug-ins, widgets, multi-user and multi blogging, support mobile platforms like android, Web-OS, iOS etc.

2. Joomla.
