There are a lot of apps which allows you to scan bar code as well as QR code and return the information related to that product.

Red Laser, Barcode Reader, Shopsavvy Barcode scanner, Scanlife Barcode Reader and IxMat Barcode Reader are some of the apps available on Google play which can scan 2D bar code as well as QR code and fetch the product price and customer review from popular websites.
