Backup Exec Device Media Service Failed to Start

I was unable to launch the Backup Exec Device Media Service and its giving me an Error 1053. And when I restarted my computer and it sometimes hung until I end it manually. How can I fix this?

Windows could not start the Backup Exec Server service on Local Computer.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Backup Exec Device Media Service Failed to Start

For Starting Backup executive server service fails with the error 1053 and BEDB database goes to "restoring" state as shown in the given figure. picture is given below:-

       

For solving this problem,download and install microsoft sql management studio express

to open  microsoft sql management studio express

click start>programs>ms sql server2005>microsoft sql management studio express

1)connect to Backupexec instance as server name BACKUPEXEC

2)once connected ,right click on BEDB database

3)select task

4)select restore

5)click ok restore the database

it is necessary that BEDb database is online after the successful restore.
