Avira Internet Security 2012 – Mail protection is no longer active

Hello people.

Presently I am using Avira Internet Security 2012. Since the installation, I update it regularly. Last night I noticed its mail protection is no longer active as it used to show before.

I manually try to set it on but it is now saying that something went wrong. It's advised to contact support. But I haven’t purchased any license.

What should I do now?

Wassup Jeffrey,

I think I could identify with your problem because I have faced it before. The main cause of this problem is that you downloaded and installed a trial version and your evaluation or usage period has expired, that is why they will discontinue your protection and usage.

You will have to go to the Avira website and purchase a key or if you do not have money in your debit card or PayPal account, you can download another trial version still from their website.

Once you download, follow the prompts to install.

It should be working well now after the activation. You may also need to restart your system.
