Automatic control operating system when at work

At Present I suffered from a great crisis, that at the time of using my desktop PC instantly operating system works automatically without my command and mouse cursors vanish and installs some windows programmes automatically and normally I use ctrl+alt+delete to get rid of this crisis.Would you help me regarding this matter?

Automatic control operating system when at work

Good Day! James,

The abnormal activities that your computer is showing, like automatic control of desktop applications, missing folder option, missing task manager and file corruption is maybe a cause of virus infection.

Please see the following procedures to address your problem:

1. Update Antivirus
2. Enter safemode by pressing F5 on computer boot up
3. Successful Antivirus update, you may proceed to scan on safemode.
4. You may also install Malwarebytes and scan your computer,

Please see the link to download. 

If the above procedures is not successful or your computer was totally infected by a virus, you may format and install a new operating system to your computer.
