Autodesk Vault Basic 2013 error: server not configured.

While trying to use Autodesk Vault Basic 2013, I have encountered the following error message.

It seems  like there is something wrong with my server.

Can some one please tell me how can I configure my server to resolve this error?

Autodesk Vault Basic 2013 error: server not configured.

Hello Bersh,

To resolve the problem that you are getting, you will need to download a hotfix that is temporary to that workstation. You can get a hotfix to resolve that issue at the following site: http://www.inventortales.com/2012/04/autodesk-2013-server-not-configured.html

After that you will need to do the following:

• You will need to extract the DL18674074.msp file and then save it to the temporary directory on your computer.
• After that you should double-click on DL18674074.msp to install the hotfix.
• Make sure that you install the hotfix on each applicable workstation that could be having that issue.
