Hello,

I have following error message when I want to install one of the Autodesk products. This is not the first that I have installed on my PC and until now I never had an error. This is the only one and I don’t know how to manage. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? Why I have this error ?

If there is a problem installing the product on your computer, check the application’s system requirements to verify if it is compatible with your operating system. If you have Windows Vista on your computer and you are trying to install Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014, you surely have a big problem.

Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 is not compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista. You can only use and install it on Windows 7 and Windows 8 but still depends on the architecture. For Windows 7, Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 can be installed on both x86 and x64 versions. For Windows 8, Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 can only be installed if it is x64.

Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 supports Windows 7 [Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise] both x86 and x64, and Windows 8 [Professional or Enterprise] x64 only. In your case, if you have this error, it is probably because you are running Windows Vista because there should be no problem installing it on Windows 7.
