Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014

Hello,

During the install of this error appeared in the middle of the process. I have the original and licensed DVD and I think it shouldn’t be a problem. Does anyone have any idea about this error ? What is causing this and how can I solve it ?

Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014

You are receiving this error because you are using a 32-bit Operating System and Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 only supports 64-bit Operating Systems.

You can download the individual products that do not support 32-bit separately and install them using the Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 serial number.

Please see below System Requirements copied from the Autodesk Website 

For 64-bit Operating System you can use Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium edition, Professional edition, Ultimate edition, Enterprise edition.  You can also use Microsoft Windows 8 Professional edition or Enterprise edition.

The following software is not support by Windows Home Premium edition: AutoCAD Map 3D 2014 software, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 software and InfraWorks 2014 software,  To use the following software, you need to have Service Pack 1 installed on Windows 7 Operating Systems – Navisworks Simulate 2014 and InfraWorks 2014.
