Astaro allow outgoing ftp, need your help on this one

Hi guys, this question just pop-out of my mind. Does astaro allow outgoing ftp? Thanks for me helping me out. If you have issues about this one can you kindly share it with me. Thanks again

Astaro allow outgoing ftp, need your help on this one

Hello Bersh,

The answer to your question is YES. Astaro does allow both incoming and outgoing FTP. You need to configure FTP Proxy in the right manner though. The FTP proxy in Astaro an run in both Standard and Transparent Mode. You need to set it up in the Transparent Mode but make sure that any connection that does not need to be proxied is bypassed in the FTP Advanced Tab as the UTM server will hijack all connections coming to the FTP server.
