asp.net machine account is my only admin account and have no password now. I can't access control to update, download, change account settings nothing. Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Method 1:
Execute system restore to the date when you do not have the updates installed.
Disavowal of System Restore : To restore the computer to a former state, when you use System Restore, then all programs and updates that you installed will be removed.
First, press the windows key '+ r’
Then the run window will appear and type ‘rstrui.exe’ and then click 'OK'
Next the system restore windows will appear and click 'next'
Then try to restore your computer back to an earlier state by choosing the restore point of your choice.
Now Method 2:
Now create a new user account and find out if the issue remains.
First, press the windows key "+ i”
Next, click on More PC Settings
Then click Users on the left
Then click on “Add a User” and follow on screen instructions in order to create the new user account.
