ARTISTEER Software error report displayed while export html

Hi guys,

I have recently installed Artisteer web designing software on my system, and it was working perfectly fine but when I tried to export an HTML file, I got the following error on my screen.

The screenshot of the error is as follows:

The error says:

Unable to Export:

Oh no!

It looks like we were unable to connect to pixelpost!

Please verify that your post key & URL are set correctly

Can anyone please tell me why is this so and why am i facing this error?

I don’t have any idea how to remove this and what is the root cause behind this.

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Hello Emma,

Can you try using the following procedure:

• Make the "right click export" as follows: right click > export >export  to pixelpost, and then use the same image sizing as defined when going to file > export > export to pixelpost.

The procedure you are using may be the one causing the issue.

ARTISTEER Software error report displayed while export html

I’m not sure why this error happens when you are just simply exporting your finished HTML page template. I have been using the same software for a couple of years now in creating templates for my site and I haven’t had any problems with it especially exporting the finished design to HTML format. Check again if the version of Artisteer you are using is compatible with your operating system. If you are using an older version of the software, it would be wise to upgrade to the latest version, Artisteer 4.0. This version supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 and can be downloaded from Artisteer – Web Design Revolution | Download.

Don’t forget to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 because this is required. If you are already using the latest version and still experiencing this error, check again if you have already installed the required Microsoft .NET Framework. If the suggested instruction on the post above doesn’t work, try reinstalling the software and make sure to install the right version of Microsoft .NET Framework. Visit the software’s official site to know additional information.
