Arcmap 10 create hyperlink macro

Hi friends, My question is about arcmap 10 create hyperlink macro. I created hyperlinks in ArcGIS 9.3 to graphic files. If you click the hyperlink my predefined graphic program opens the graphic files. However I like to open the graphics in an extra ArcGIS window. Can anyone help me to fix this, Please do the needful.
