As I can transfer the files between Android Device by using the BluetoothAppShare Application and I can transfer the applications over Bluetooth to the other Android Devices, similarly I was looking for a way to transfer Applications installed in my iPad to my iPhone. I didn't find any method for doing the same and the methods I found were not working. Please help.

If you want to transfer or copy your apps or games from your iPhone to iPad, you can try synchronizing new apps to both devices. This is taking advantage of the Automatic Downloads feature in iTunes. To try synchronizing new apps to your devices, in your iPhone go to Settings and then tap “iTunes & App Store”. Enter your Apple ID and then sign in.

Tap so you can enable or disable Automatic Downloads for the contents or apps you want to automatically download into your iPhone. After this, repeat the same steps on your iPad. Once both devices have enabled Automatic Downloads, every time you download an app either on iPad or iPhone, the app is automatically downloaded to the other device.
