Hi to all at TechyV,

I have some video downloads (with permission) on my Downloads folder that won't play with Sky Anytime PC. Uninstallation and reinstallation doesn't work. Anybody have a better idea? Thank you a hundred times over for your help.

                Have you tried another video other than you are playing? Try no error videos or videos that you can play before and see if will work. Maybe the file that you want to play is corrupt that’s why you can’t play it. But if still the problem occurs, try to uninstall again the program but not just only uninstall, delete all the files that your installer has to your computer, in your hard drive where you install your application, and on system32.  after that then install it again. See if will work. Try also to scan your system with updated anti virus so that you will sure that the error is not related with virus. hope it will help.

Hi,

 

You just simply try to download the error repair tools and then after you download the error repair tools and then you just simply install that to your machine then after installing the error repair tool to your machine you just simply restart the PC to be sure only and then simply start scanning to your system and then after scanning the system you just simply repair the found errors to your machine and then try check if the software you download can suitable to your machine and then try check if there an file or application was infected in viruses or maybe a spyware and then maybe an corrupted files to the application.
