Hi Cherly Fernan ,

It easy to resolve this problem what you have to do is follow me carefully you have to make sure that you don't have a previous version of this software installed in your pc because this problem is not a damaged memory address it a damaged file in your installation pack it the absence of the library that communicate with memory so what you have to do is downloading other version from the same software run installation pack if you have the same problem please restart your computer and open it in safe mode install the software in safe mode then restart it again

And enjoy

If you have no idea how this error come across you then you need to figure out what program is causing the error.

Search drive C for the file nilmUtil.exe, this is the file that is indicated in the error message.

If Windows found the file, go to its folder to know what program or software it is belonged to.

After you figured out the software that is causing the problem, uninstall it then run a disk check on drive C.

  1. Right-click on drive C and then choose Properties.
  2. Click Tools tab.
  3. Click Check Now button.
  4. Check Automatically fix file system errors and then click Start.

Wait for the disk check to finish and then if you still wish to install the program that you just removed you may install it back.
