This error is caused by a lack of Windows component that is needed to run the software. Please go to Control Panel and then go to Add/remove Programs and see if you have any .NET Framework installed. If there is no .NET Framework installed Please download it from here: http://www.microsoft.com/net/.

And Please install it. You can install the latest version as long as you qualify for the system requirements. Please let me know if this will fix the issue.

To resolve this, you have to make sure that you installed .NET Framework in your computer. If you are running Windows Vista, .NET is installed by default. But if you are using Windows XP, it doesn't come with .NET by default. If you are trying to install your printer driver, it requires .NET to run. Your computer might be using an old version of it or it really doesn't have .NET installed on it.

You can download .NET Framework in Microsoft website. Download and install it on your computer and then restart your computer for changes to take effect and then try to install your printer again.

First make sure that you have uninstall the previous one. Than install the new one driver. 

if you are using window vista. NET framework must be at default. NET is the  Framework is a software that can be installed on computers running Microsoft window operating system. It control many languages, codes,and many other functions. .NET Framework execute in a software environment that manages the program's runtime requirements.

Also part of the .NET Framework, this runtime environment is known as the Common Language Runtime (CLR). and if you have window xop so i think NET must not come by default. first check NET framework in your system. if not installed then download it. Then restart your system. And then install your driver. i hope it will work..
