Hello,

if considered in terms of price, Acer ICONIA TAB A700 would be better. Even though its screen cannot be compared with Apple's iPad, a user would not find much difference in between both the screens during usage. Also, Apple inspite of its initial cost, the user is forced to stick to use and buy the Apple software only. Samsung Galaxy, also announced as a competitor to Apple iPad, and costs almost equal to Acer. But still it is unable to be hit by more number of users. Either Apple iPad 3 is preferred or else prefer the best and economical Acer.

It has Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and USB 2.0. The primary camera supports 3.15 megapixels at 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution with autofocus and LED flash. It features geo-tagging and can do video recording in 720p. It has a secondary camera that supports 2 megapixels. It runs on Android 3.0 Honeycomb powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 T20 chipset with dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and ULP GeForce GPU.

It can be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It handles HTML and Adobe Flash for internet access and supports Java via Java MIDP emulator. It costs around 310 Euros. The Acer Iconia Tab A700 was announced to the public on January 2012 and released in August of that same year.

It measures about 259 x 175 x 11 millimeters and weighs 665 grams. It has an LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 1920 x 1200 pixels screen resolution. It supports multitouch and 3.5-millimeter jack that features Dolby Mobile 3 sound enhancement. It has a microSD upgradable up to 32 GB and internal storage available in capacities 16, 32, and 64 GB running on 1 GB DDR2 RAM.

It has Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, microUSB 2.0, and USB 2.0. The primary camera supports 5 megapixels at 2592 x 1944 pixels resolution with autofocus and LED flash. It features geo-tagging and can record video in 720p and has a secondary camera. It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 chipset with quad-core 1.3 GHz processor and ULP GeForce GPU.
