I'm using a dial up connection, and my browser is Google Chrome. I want to look my friends' images on Facebook, but everytime I open one, Chrome will stop and says chrome image load timeout. Now is there some way to extend chrome's timeout? Or should I switch to some other browser? Any good browser for slow internet connections? Thanks techyv.com!

Yes, this problem occurs when your internet speed is slow. From my knowledge I think there are no technical solution for this problem. But you can try to delete all of the history of chrome and upgrade your browser. After deleting all of your history and upgrade the browser then I think it will be faster than before. If this problem persists then my suggestion to you that use Firefox.
To download Firefox just go to the official site of Firefox or search on Google for Firefox. There you will get it.
