Any video converter error when open

This error automatically show whenever I open any video converter and I haven't done anything on the software or have any video pending to be converted. Also I don’t have that file in my computer.

Any video converter error when open

Hello there friend, 

I think your problem is located in the past, in some previous installation of some convertor. Try removing any leftover files and data from previously installed convertors and try this again. It also could be possible that there is a threat somewhere on your computer that causes this bug to appear, so run a deep scan and delete all threats.

Any video converter error when open

Hi,

Try reinstalling the software and make sure that you are able to delete the preferences and cache of the application. Most applications provide this option when uninstalling so make sure you uninstall first before you install it gain.

If you do not see any option to delete the preferences and cache during uninstalling, go to drive C > program files and find the folder for the application and delete it. You may also need to do the same in the App Data folder.
