Antivirus update and its problem

Hi there,

My PC running too slow. At first, when I buying my computer then it was very fast. But now this time its performance day by day too slow. What can I do to solve this problem? My another problem: Specially I use Kaspersky Antivirus. (1 User for 1 year). But my antivirus is not up to date. When I start update process then unfortunately connection is terminated. I tried many times.

Please answer me as soon as possible.

Hi,

Regarding your computer problem, you need to optimize your computer performance first. And so please check your default OS drive whether its full or not. Please keep 2 gb space free in your default OS drive for fast performance. And then do regular interval of clean ups using a software called "CCleaner" or "advanced system care". It scans full computers for unused files, temporary internet files, registry. This will make your computer fast. And now as you said your computer has got Kaspersky, that's a good anti virus software.

For updation process, do check your internet settings on your kaspersky software. Or check your internet speed because low speed sometimes does not support the updating process sometimes and it remains idle most of the time.

You can solve you problem my taking these steps.

• First check you hole hard disk by running a full scan to your hard disk.
• You can scan hard disk by going to START and then to RUN and here type CMD.
• Now in new window you need to type chdsk and then press enter.
• It will check all of your hard disk and make it error free.
• Now its time to run a disk defragment on your drive go to start and then to ALL PROGRAMS.
• Now go to ACCESSORIES and then to SYSTEM TOOLS and then select DISK DEFRAGMENT.
• Perform this task on all of your disk drives and make sure there is no problem in your disk.
• Once you have done this now you hard disk is full protected and its speed will also increase with this task.

To solve the problem of antivirus update you need to check your internet connection and make sure it is working fine and have good performance also make sure that your settings are well working with your internet connection. I hope this will help you lot to solve your problem.
