Which antivirus program for Linux can scan Windows part?

I need a program like Malwarebytes,

But not to be active all the time.

Antivirus program for Linux but for Windows part

ClamAV is portable and an open source antivirus program designed for mail gateway scanning using Linux. It detects Trojans, viruses, malware and other malicious threats. It has built-in support for various archive formats and for popular document formats including MS Office and MacOffice files, HTML, RTF and PDF.

F-prot is another solution. It offers real-time protection, regular updates and scheduled scanning.

avast! Linux Home Edition is another solution. It scans inside the archives, has simple user interface and regularly updates.

You could use BitDefender Antivirus Scanner For Unices, it is free for home computers. It detects executable viruses, script viruses, macro viruses, backdoors, Trojans, spyware, adware, dialers, and more. It scans inside more than 70 packers, compressors and installers. BitDefender is good solution for e-mail and removable devices scanning.

Maybe you can also try AVG or Avira.
