What mobile devices are using the licensed version of Android? Are there any mobile devices that are just using the patented stuff and not paying for it?

Android over the Patent War

In general all the companies have license on android. The other problem is that the Android Platform is open source, which means that everyone can modify this language and add applications that work in this Operating System. I believe then even the Chinese who make tablets or smartphones have license on using android.

There are 2, the Android Platform which is free and the Android Market connectivity which is not. In my country there is an electronics company called Allview, they make tablets, phones GPS and other gadgets, they all have Android but they don’t support the Android Market and that is a big minus.
