Hi,

Google has redefined the way we search and gather information with one click. Now google wants people to say “Ok Google” with certain catch phrases in order to get search results. I would say this is just the beginning of a new google’s language.

With such voice based search and many other features, google is releasing Android KitKat.

Here is the list of some of the sophisticated functionalities:

1. The display would be clear with only the content. After only a swipe, the buttons and status bar can be visible. Google calls it as immersive display.
2. The contacts App allow us to prioritize the contact numbers.
3.  Stepdectector and counter app can track walking, running and climbing. This app uses accelerometer input to detect when the person has taken a step.
4. The photo editor is very simple and can edit effects with great precision.

This upgrade is the very attempt of Google to spread its ecosystem of apps and products.
