Hi,
While running AMD Catalyst Suite Manager I received an error message. It has failed to download due to incompatible hardware/software on my computer and my graphics driver is not supported. Have a look at the screenshot below.
Have you any idea for the issue? Please help.Â

Please contact your notebook manufacturer for a graphics driver update.

Hello Martin,
To resolve that issue, you will need to try uninstalling all of the AMD software that you have on your computer by going to add/remove programs in the control panel. After that you can restart and then reinstall the ADM desktop if you have not tried that yet. Otherwise try detecting AMD and then install.

First make sure that you are running AMD video card. Unless you are on a system using AMD video card there is no way that your video card would recognize the driver + suite that you have downloaded. Having said that if you are sure that you are running an AMD GPU then what you need to do is :
1. Uninstall the preexisting driver from control panel.

2. Reboot your computer and now go here ( AMD VIDEO CARD DRIVER DOWNLOAD PAGE).
3. Choose your video card manually your make the website auto detect your video card.
4. Download the driver which also includes the AMD catalyst interface.
5. Install the package.
6. Reboot your computer yet again and it should work this time around.
