Alternative to HostGator that is not owned by the EIG

I am into HostGator for quite too long. Lately, I have been receiving issues on it such as the service is down.

Until I realized that it was now owned by the EIG.

I am now looking for an alternative to HostGator that is not owned by the EIG.

I know that other hosting services are also from EIG such as the BlueHost. I need the following for the alternative:

1. 24/7 Chat Support

2. It should have a VPS, Reseller and Shared Services

3. Probably not from the EIG

4. Has a cPanel.

5. Server is based on UK, US and AU.

Please state your answer with complete details on each suggestion.

Alternative to HostGator that is not owned by the EIG

Yes it is true that HostGator was already sold to Endurance International Group for $225 million USD. And this came as a surprise for everyone in webhosting businesses. Fatcow, Bluehost, iPage, PSLInk and a lot more are also part of the EIG. Below are the list of the companies owned by the EIG.

 

As an alternative to HostGator, I would recommend Stablehost. They are being operated with bunch of EuroVPS and Stablehost.

They are preferably not from EIG group, They have VPS Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Web Hosting. 24/7/365 online help, easy to use cPanel, and You can get to choose from US and Europe servers.
