All NI software requiring activation fails to start

Hi,
After installing the data acquisition software from NI that is the NI DAQ I am now faced with a big problem. All NI software now fail to start and issue the message shown below. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Error: The instruction at “0x7c91aa01” referenced memory at “0x017c2258”. The memory could not be “read”. Click OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
