Alfresco file system sync or transfer system

I am having problem in connecting to Alfresco Cloud. I have tried using different accounts and tried connecting though different systems, but still the user-interface crashes. I think alfresco file system sync or transfer system is not working on my desktop. Could anyone help me out this issue? I need suggestions if killing it and starting it again will work.

Hello Ted Hitz,

Please check the following to connect the service. Check that the network service is not down and working properly. Make sure that the website or server you want to access is running and fully functional as I just visited the website it was working perfectly and I hope there system is fine. If you are not able to just login make sure you have proper and valid login information and at last check for any virus related issues to solve the problem.
