Last time I used it well and no errors, but when I tried to open it a while ago a message pop up and said program not responding, so I choose to end the program. And error message appear that give me a privilege to send the error report to Microsoft. Why this error occurred? And do I need to send this error to Microsoft or not? Thanks guys!

Hi,

Remember to shut down unresponsive program first before shutting down your whole system. Because this may lead to your other files from being corrupted or you lost some information that will help you solve your problem. Though I understand that quitting or shutting an unresponsive program will take a while but it is better to be patient than be sorry.

One of the possible causes of this problem is that your computer is low in Random Access Memory. Maybe you are executing a bulky number of commands and that causes the computer to have a momentary system hog.
