Adobe LiveCycle Workbench is in use

Whenever I starts Adobe LiveCycle Workbench ES, it always shows an error as shown in the image below. It always happen even if I just restarted my computer ensuring that I have no other application running. I want to know why this error appears and if its possible to help me resolve it. Thank you.

Workbench Error

The LiveCycle Workbench workspace is currently in use.

You must close the other instance of Workbench to proceed.

This is because you do not have the rights to write on the filesystem. To be able to fix this, you need to alter the working directory of Adobe LifeCycle. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click the shortcut icon of Adobe LifeCycle in your Desktop and click Properties.

2. Alter the "Start in" area to a directory that you can write to such as My Documents.

3. Click the OK button when done.
