Hello Muhammad,
Firstly, I will suggest you to create partitions of your hard disk according to its size. You may do this by using a windows XP bootable CD. Create partitions according to your need and then install Windows XP on one of them. Once you install windows XP you may now install windows 7 onto another partition from windows XP. When prompted for upgrade or new installation of windows 7 go for new installation. Choose another partition other than windows XP for installing windows 7. Once it is installed you will always be prompted for windows XP and windows 7 at boot startup. You can select any windows that you want to log onto. Thanks.
For installation 2 windows, first you have to format windows 7 installation, because you cannot install xp when you have already installed newer windows 7. To perform this task follow below step.
1) Restart PC and Insert Windows XP Bootable CD..wait for some time and boot from cd.
2) Install XP, by selecting all option asked during xp installation
3) After Successful Installation of XP , Insert windows 7 DVD and install it in new Partition.

If you want to make your computer dual boot with Windows 7 and Windows XP, you need to check first if your computer’s hardware specifications are compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 since this is the highest version of the two operating systems. If you want to install Microsoft Windows 7, check the system requirements first and make sure your computer meets those requirements.
These requirements refer to your computer hardware like the processor, RAM or the memory, video card, and so on. Microsoft Windows 7 requires 1 GHz or faster 32-bit or 64-bit processor, 1 GB RAM for 32-bit and 2 GB RAM for 64-bit, 16 GB free space for 32-bit and 20 GB for 64-bit, and Microsoft DirectX 9-compatible video card with WDDM 1.0 driver or higher.
Additional requirements include:
If your computer is compatible with Windows 7 then you can install Windows XP because Windows XP has a much lower specifications than Windows 7. Windows XP requires 233 MHz or faster processor, 64 MB RAM, 1.5 GB free space, video card, sound card, and 800 x 600 minimum screen resolution.
