Hi, I need help regarding the installation of Adobe Flash Player. Recently, I received an update that I need to install the update of my laptop’s Adobe Flash Player, which eventually I did. After the installation it prompted me that it was successfully installed. But the thing is, when I tried to play games online it’s now telling me to install the latest update of the flash player.

I tried to follow the troubleshooting steps that are quite known in solving this kind of issue. Getting rid of the earlier versions, which I believe I did already, did not help. It is still telling me though that I have successfully installed the latest update and when I tried to check if I can now play games but it is still telling me the same thing.

Hope somebody can help me and tell me why it still prompts me to install the update it has already been successfully installed?

In that case, you will need to go to the control panel on your computer and then remove all flash player applications that have been installed, for windows may be having trouble about which one of them to use.

After you have uninstalled all of them successfully, you will need to go to the manufacturer's website which is www.adobe.com and then search for the latest release of the adobe flash player. Download it and install it on your computer. After you have done that open the website and try accessing flash videos again and see if they will open. It should work this time round.
