Adobe after effects quit unexpectedly after updates

Hi,

Sometimes Adobe After Effects shows me this unexpected error. It doesn’t appear all the time it started to be a bit annoying. Is there a way to skip this error ? How can I solve this error please ?

Adobe after effects quit unexpectedly after updates

Hello,

This problem is because of corruption in the After Effect’s core system. This problem can be generated from any of the XML preference files for After Effects.

In order to solve this issue, you have to deploy at least the After Effects CS4 (9.0.2) update. From this download page, search for the Adobe After Effects CS4 9.0.3 update. This is the latest one, so is recommended to deploy.
