I really need an Expert advice. My problem is my video in VOB. The video has pictures with perfect quality however when inserting the sound to go with the pictures, the sound is really terrible. And also, the video is split into 4 parts and I want to know how I can merge those parts. Or if it is possible to do that. Please send me a detailed instructions on how doing it correctly.

If I have understood well, you will need to merge 4 audio ".VOB" files, then you will need to add on top of them a video ".VOB" file.
There are many free tools that allow to do this, I recommend you to use the Join VOB Files Tool, it is a free and open-source tool, and it will allow you to join, merge, multiplex, and combine VOB files.

Once downloaded you will be able to:
1. Add VOB files to join from your hard drive to the list, multiple selections work also.
2. You can also remove any unwanted selected file listing.
3. You can also cancel the joining process.
