Method 1:
1. Open the PowerPoint and click on the Insert tab.
2. Now click on the Pictures. Select the picture and click on the insert button.
3. Now click on the slideshow tab and then click on the play from the current slide to play the gif.

2. Now click on the Online Pictures.
3. Now search for gif.
4. Select the gif and click on the insert button.
