Active Directory Permissions Error – access rights

The following error message prompted on my computer. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Failed to retrieve access rights. 
Unable to perform an Active Directory query on domain ‘domainName’.

Active Directory Permissions Error – access rights

 

You lack permission to the file. That you are not the owner of the file. That you are not given access rights to use the file. That the group you are using the file has not allowed the permissions for you to access the file. The file may be a read-only file, but you can access it. But here you are not allowed to access the file, means the full control of the file is taken off from you. You may seek the administrator to get the file permission in case he deliberately wants to give access right for the file to you.
