Acrobat cannot read bill format for cloth shop in PDF

Hi guys.  I received a bill format for cloth shop in PDF on my email.  I try to open it with Acrobat but I'm having an "unknown file" error.  I check the properties and it is in a PDF file format.  What could be the problem?  I use Adobe Acrobat 10.

Acrobat cannot read bill format for cloth shop in PDF

 

Hello Elyssaguadalupe,

You will need to convert the file first be before you can open it. That is, if the document is not corrupted. To convert it you can still use adobe acrobat and make sure its latest updated one. You can get it here https://filehippo.com/fr/search?q=adobe%20acrobat. After installation you can open or convert by going to the file menu box on the top left corner where you will click and to open the pdf you wish to convert. Click save as and select MS word, then word document and store your document as
