Accessing Active directory users on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition x64

Hello,

I have Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition x64. I'm having trouble accessing Active directory users. When I go to start>admin tools I get the following error message:

"Microsoft Management Console has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Hi Katherine T Reilly,

This issue has been solved on the microsoft update number 322389, the supported hotfix is included on the version update of the microsoft and will fix your problem, if you want to update your operating system and get the 322389 update of the windows that you are holding to, you may want to open your start and then go to control panel and look for system updates, after which, an automatic update will start.
