Access violation at address 005A04A2 in module

Hello,

Appraise-It gives me this access violation error. Yesterday it worked just fine and is for the first time when I have any error with. Does anyone have any solution for this access violation error ? I did something wrong and what happened ?

Access violation at address 005A04A2 in module

It appears that the program TRA.EXE is trying to access an address or a memory allocation which is being accessed by another program. One common cause for this problem is a faulty installation of DirectX program. I suggest that you should see the program's minimum requirements, at the readme.txt notes or at the back of installation disks. It will show you then the prerequisite programs that you must install before you can run the program again, also try to run the program with administrative access, to do it. Right Click the program > Run as admin
