Access Management Console Shows Error

Hello,

I was moving a datastore and license server to a new server with a different name for PS 4.5. This datastore was moved from SQL 2005 but now the Access Management Console throws an error stating IMA_RESULT_FINDITEM_FAILURE. I have tried to remove and install PS 4.5 but it has not works. I need expert help now.

An error occurred on the server: "IMA_RESULT_FINDITEM_FAILURE"

Access Management Console Shows Error

Hello. The lack of IMA database tables could be the cause of the problem. Click on the Continue completes the discovery process. To resolve, try “Patchindex” tool. Other solutions are,

1)   Open the Presentation Server Console>Resource Management>Farm Metric Server>Change Farm Metric Servers.

2)   Using the CHFARM Utility (CHFARM CTX736659 Command) Move servers out of existing farm and rejoin. (Hectic process on larger servers)
