One of my clients has a problem on 5.0.4 MC, of no import of Graphic or Audio (QuickTime Video works) and there is no rendering of Title or Marquee Tool. Title tool is correctly saved but is not rendered. How can I solve this issue?

This problem deals with your memory.

A computer system usually allocates some gigabytes of space bar to every program.
The system will save the rest of memory for its own use. To solve a memory issue you need to modify Avid settings. This step is needed to enable access to a large address bar and hence, memory will not run out. Locate the Avid directory, go to install3G.bat file and double click.

Now the console should open with instructions and choose an option. This procedure will allocate more memory to Avid and the system will no longer send memory errors. Check this site for
