[2221-0]: Failed to start Xentry: null

Dear friends,

I have recently installed Mercedes Benz software named Xentry.

However,I have not been able to make it work due to the error listed below. One of my kin advised me to delete the StarmodeWrapper.ini file that resides in the bin folder.

However,I am not too sure about the consequences of the same.

Hello Dibri,

So since you installed the application it hasn't been able to work even one time? I highly suspect that the error is due to the setup application that you used to install. It may be corrupted. And therefore the resolution will be to get another setup and then install with it. Make sure that the setup you use meets your system specs.

[2221-0]: Failed to start Xentry: null

According to my research, try installing the Xentry Fix 5-2011 or 3-2011 as both will configure your system. But you may want to look for the system requirements first before you run  this fixes. Make sure that your operating system also has been updated so that program dependencies are met.
