Processor : dual core 1.7 GHz A-15 cortex processor or NVIDIA Quad core 1.5 GHz A-9 40nm processor
Operating system : iOS 5 with multi touch technology
Display : The display of I-Pad 3 will be 2048 x 1536 pixels. It is expected that the tablet will have a display of 3D view
Camera : It is expected that it will have a 5mp camera which can produce 1080p and 720p video recording with 60FPS
Also it will have a fingerprint scan locker.
About iCloud, you can store pictures, videos, calendars and access songs in iTunes.

The Apple iPad 3 Wi-Fi was also known as Apple iPad Wi-Fi Early 2012. It was announced in March 2012 and was also released the same month, March 16, 2012. It measures 241.2 x 185.7 x 9.4 millimeters and weighs around 652 grams or 1.44 pounds. It has an LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors and 1536 x 2048 pixels screen resolution.
It features multitouch and has Scratch-resistant glass screen protection with oleophobic coating. It has a 3.5-millimeter jack and an internal storage available in 16, 32, and 64 GB capacities running on 1 GB RAM. It features Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, USB 2.0, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n dual-band for its Wi-Fi.
The primary camera supports 5 megapixels at 2592 x 1944 pixels resolution with autofocus. It features Geo-tagging, touch focus, and face detection. It can record videos in 1080p at 30 fps with video stabilization. The secondary camera can also do video recording in 480p VGA also at 30 fps. The videocalling feature is only available over Wi-Fi.
It is running on iOS 5.1 powered by Dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 processor, Apple A5X chipset, and PowerVR SGX543MP4 [quad-core graphics] GPU. It has Accelerometer, compass, and gyro sensors. It only supports HTML via Safari for internet access. Standby time is up to 720 hours while talk time is up to 10 hours.
It costs around 380 Euros. It can be upgraded to iOS 6.1.3, or iOS 7.0.3.
