1935 error report when installing Paintshop Photo Pro X3

Is anyone here familiar with Paintshop? I can’t seem to install Paintshop Photo Pro X3 on my computer. Whenever I run the installation package, a 1935 error report appears. I hope someone knows how to fix this, and teach me. Thanks!

1935 error report when installing Paintshop Photo Pro X3

You are facing problem related to system error. 

You need to install a Error fixing program. download CCleaner (It's free) install it and scan your computer for fixing your system problems. other wise you can restore you system to an earlier point by using system restore option.

You can find system restore here: 

Click on start button then click accessories 

Under accessories you will get system tools here you will get an option name system resotre. By using system restore you can restore your system to an earlier point where your system were in good condition.
