Dear friends,

My PC runs on Windows 7 Pro (64-bit Traditional Chinese) and has Office ’10 (32-bit Trad Chinese) and IBM Client Access V6R1M0 (64-bit English).  When using Excel’s data transfer, the values change to 10 or 20 instead of the actual 1 or 2.  This occurs randomly.  

Any thoughts? Please share them with me, it would be of great help.

I am running Windows 7 and I have Windows 2000 in my Virtual Memory. Something is consuming my CPU usage up to 25% in my virtual memory which is running Windows 2000. It says ms_link.exe. What does it mean? Does this have to do something with my Windows 2000 operating system in my virtual memory? I need some help please.

Hi, I am working in this program called Industry Propriety in my office. Someone who already left our office had programmed our software to make it restart with 5 minutes interval. Now my task is to change the interval because five minutes is too fast. As a technical support person, everyone is expecting from me. I was working hard finding ways on how to terminate the current process setting and adjust it to their preferred time interval. Please help me find software that can do it for me. Hello, I have just successfully installed Windows 8 in my VirtualBox. The installation process was smooth and quick. I was so eager to use it but when I get into it there were no available feature except the control panel and the desktop. And it moves me to the old or the original host system. So I just tried clicking on whatever I have seen on the desktop but none of the applications load. Please help me with this. Do I need to reinstall the software?

My operating system is Windows 7 with 4GB RAM, Quad-Core, 1.7GHz processor capable of running Windows 8. But I am wondering why I cannot run Windows 8 32-Bit in my VirtualBox. When I tried running it, it just loads and stops at the preview saying, “Windows Developer Preview.” After that, it just disappeared and the computer says it needs to restart. So I just restarted my computer system and once again tried my luck but I got a similar message plus another message telling me that it meant to work in 32-Bit color but it has been reduced to 24-Bit. I could not think of any other solution to this. I already have tried some but it still did not work. Please help me fix this problem.

I can’t start my Windows Live Photo Gallery in my computer using my Windows 7 OS. It tells me that Windows Live Photo Gallery encountered an error and cannot start with a code 0x80070003. I quit the program and tried opening it again but I got the same error message. I closed all other opened programs and browsers and restarted my computer but still, I get the same error message. I am running Windows XP on my Dell Dimensions 5150 desktop PC. When I am performing a reboot, I clicked F11 so that I could perform the PC Restore. I got an error message saying that the:

“Restore was unsuccessful. Please click restart to reboot.” 

Now I just did what it said. I rebooted my PC but my files are inaccessible. Then it gave me a second error message:

Loading PBR for descriptor 2… done. A disk read error occurred. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

I am now so tired of doing everything again like rebooting, restarting and all. And I just ended up to the same problem. Please help me how to fix this. I could not be able to view my files.
