What formats are supported by the SVCD specification? I've a VirtualDub which is running OK, but I can't correctly reduce the size of the output files. (It's creating files consistently bigger than the originals).  There are a lot of  video options in VirtualDub. I can't seem to figure out where to start tweaking. I have tried to shrink them using AutoGK which has been tried and true for me in the past, but I unfortunately I got audio sync problems I can't solve. Solution Please
